Robert Loeb

Robert Loeb began his storage career along with Brian Cisarik with their first investment in 2000. SurePoint Development has since developed, owned, and operated self storage investments.  

In 1974 Robert began his career as a financial analyst on Wall Street for Southern Natural Resources. From 1978 to 1996 Robert was at Welders Equipment Company as chief financial officer during which time the business grew from two stores to 10 stores when it was sold to a NYSE Company. Between 1996 and 2000 Robert worked for Airgas where he created and implemented AirShare, a national best practices program.

Robert has been very active in civic organizations for the 40 years he lived in Victoria, Texas.  During this time, he was either President or Chairman of the following organizations: Victoria Business and Education Coalition, Victoria YMCA, Victoria Regional Museum Association, Victoria Preservation, Victoria Country Club (where he spearheaded their strategic plan and major renovation in 2006), Temple B’Nai Israel, and the Texas Self Storage Association.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Robert graduated from the University of Wisconsin with honors and then received a master’s degree in business administration from Emory University where he was first in his class.

Brian Cisarik

Brian Cisarik has been actively involved in the self-storage industry since 1995 as an owner, developer, and manager.  He began his career as an on-site manager before overseeing the management of several self-storage properties.  In 1999, Brian developed the first of many self-storage properties and in 2000 partnered with Robert Loeb in the development of Castle Hills Self Storage and Austin Highway Self Storage, both in San Antonio, Texas. In 2011 Brian and Robert purchased majority interest in 3009 Self Storage in San Antonio. Brian has since been focused on both the development and operations of self-storage for SurePoint.     

Born and raised in Houston, Brian graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in government.  He played baseball for the Longhorns from 1984-1988 and was named the 1988 Southwest Conference Player of the Year.  Brian still holds the highest single-season batting average and on-base percentage for the Longhorns. After graduating, Brian played baseball professionally for 5 years, and in 2013 was inducted into the University of Texas Men’s Athletics Hall of Honor. 

Jeff Bailey

Jeff Bailey is a partner in SurePoint Development and has been actively involved in the commercial real estate market since 1986, and in self-storage development since 1994. In 2012 he joined partners Robert Loeb and Brian Cisarik in forming SurePoint Self Storage.

Prior to SurePoint Development, Jeff spent eleven years as Vice President of Hendry Investments, a real estate development firm located in San Antonio, where he was responsible for site acquisition and development of Lock-N-Key Self Storage, with locations across Texas, Florida, Colorado, Kansas, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Jeff is also the owner and President of Bailey Commercial, LLC, a real estate and investment company which he formed in 2007. Bailey Commercial is the developer and part-owner of Medio Creek Business Park, a 315-acre industrial park located in southwest San Antonio.

Jeff attended the University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated with a BBA in Finance in 1984. He was also a member of Phi Gamma Delta “Fiji” fraternity while at UT.  Jeff is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  He currently serves as President of The Texas Cavaliers Charitable Foundation and sits on the Founders Council of the Embrey Real Estate Development and Finance Department at UTSA. He is a member of the Texas Self Storage Association, ULI San Antonio, and The Real Estate Council of San Antonio. Previously, Jeff served on the Board of the San Antonio Free Trade Alliance, St. Philips College President’s Advisory Board, The Texas Cavaliers, San Antonio Baptist Hospital Foundation and former Chairman of the St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital Leaders Council.

Clint Wynn

Clint Wynn joined the SurePoint team in 2023 as a partner.  Prior to joining SurePoint Development, Clint was the Chief Investment Officer for Hixon Properties Incorporated (HPI) a privately held commercial real estate firm based in San Antonio.   During his 18 years at HPI he was responsible for development and acquisition activity that included full-service hotels, office, self-storage, parking, multifamily, adaptive reuse projects, and retail properties in key Texas markets. 

Clint received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University in 1998 where he was a member of The Corps of Cadets.  In 2005, he received his MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas in Austin.  He also holds an active Texas Broker’s Real Estate License.  Clint served as a board member from 2012 until 2019 for the Texas Self Storage Association including serving as its 2016-2017 president. He served as the Chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) San Antonio’s District Council from 2013 until 2016 and still serves on the local chapter’s executive committee.  Clint has also been an active member of ULI’s national small scale product council since 2012.
